昨日、Self Educateをしました。
本日、偶然お客さまから修理の電話がありました。
ちょうど、昨日トレーニングしたような内容です。
お客様のご自宅へ訪問し、すぐに修理完了し、お客様もすぐにお湯がつかえるようになりました。
みんなハッピー。「神様っているのかな」と思う一日でした。
Good news happened today. A customer called in to troubleshoot! With immediate action, we were able to complete repairing and provide hot water again to our customer. Everything turned out smooth and prompt. Just as I mentioned yesterday about our “self-training” practice; it actually was a successful lesson after all. To find out that our self-training came into use makes us happy. It feels like my prayers were answered.
