I had to go to customer to apologize on my failure and then had to work to recover them.
I really believed that my evaluation to me from customer should be super low and would never get next order from him. I worked hard for him since I inconvenienced to him. Also I believe I had to do my best to my customer to make him/her happy under any situation. It’s my policy I believe.
As a result, he gave me words of thanks and told me to consider next order.
I found that my policy I believed was correct! Customer taught me.
I was very depressed in the morning, but I became cheerful afternoon since customer told me my policy was correct!
It was nice day as result!!
