Bridge USA Beauty Forum in Holiday Inn Torrance

今日はHoliday Inn TorranceでBridge USA主催のBeauty Forumが開催されました。
Ui AmericaはそこでNORITZの給湯器の紹介・販売をするために出展。

Ui AmericaのYohさんとJenniferさん。二人とも日本語も英語もネイティブ、日系のお客様は英語ベース、日本語ベースのお客様がいらっしゃり、そのお客様にも問題なく対応され、喜ばれています。

予想を裏切り？多くの方がブースに立ち寄り、二人の説明を興味深くきかれていました。

タンク式の温水器を使っているお客様は「お湯がなくなる」という経験が必ずあり、Tnakless給湯器に興味を多く持たれていますが、みなさん、「高い」というイメージを強く持っているようです。
次のようなリベートはご存知ないようでした。

１．Federal Tax Credit　最大＄３００！
２．South California Gas Co. 最大＄２００！
３．それとUi Americaのグランドオープニングセール　＄２００ディスカウント！

リベートの説明をすると、安心され見積り依頼をされるお客様が多くいました。

もうすでに使っている方からは「お湯切れがない」「ガス代が大幅に減った」という利点をアンケートに答えていただいたようです。
Tanklessを使っていただいているお客様はとても満足されているようです。

しかし、メインテナンスについて不安を持っておられる方も多くいました。

First work

I got all parts for laser engrave and installed them completely.
This first work for us. We created it as trial to learn how to use machine. It was just engraving name but big start for us.

I appreciated sales guy from Laser Pro to install and instructed us how to operate it. He had been explaining to us for 3hours....He didn't mind whether we understood or  not. Like just talking to himself..
As my honest, I could stop him to explain instruction because I could get better instruction from AI-N in Japan. But I kept listening him.

As you can guess, I could remember little of what he said.

I reminded Mr.Fujimura from Runmore told me "Even Lexus couldn't import quality which included customer satisfaction from Japan."

High quality customer (consumer) satisfaction might come from strong cause of top management. It's kind of company/country/association culture.  Patient of top management is necessary.
I heard story China has been improving their CS. I believe top management must has strong policy to increase CS.
I think most of company in U.S need to improve CS level more but they can do it if they think about it seriously more..

What I learned from customer

I had to go to customer to apologize on my failure and then had to work to recover them.

 I really believed that my evaluation to me from customer should be super low and would never get next order from him.   I worked hard for him since I inconvenienced to him. Also I believe I had to do my best to my customer to make him/her happy under any situation. It’s my policy I believe.

As a result, he gave me words of thanks and told me to consider next order. 

I found that my policy I believed was correct! Customer taught me.

I was very depressed in the morning, but I became cheerful afternoon since customer told me my policy was correct!

It was nice day as result!!

Laser Pro

I drove to  GCC office in Walnut, CA ,where was 1hr far from my house, to pick up C180.
Approximately 200 km drive as round trip.

Finally I got machine! But I need some more parts which will be delivered next Monday and then I can enjoy it. Please look forward to seeing something interesting produced by this machine!

Buddha's Favorite

ランナーズというマラソン仲間5人で、TSUKIGIRACING USAの松下さんがマネージャーをされているレストランBuddha's Favoriteで食事ささせていただきました。

Orange Countyをご存知の方なら誰でも知っている、超高級住宅エリアのNewport Beachにあるレストランです。

テラス席のすぐ横は高級クルーザー、ヨットの停泊エリアで、眺めは最高です。

料理もおいしく、サービスもよく、楽しい食事開を堪能できました。
これを機会にDashこと松下さんも我々のメンバーになっていただき、お互い公私共に応援できるいい関係をつくっていきたいと思います。

このメンバーとDashさんは必ず気が合うので問題ないと思います。

これからもよろしくお願いします。

Laser Pro C180-30

I sent e-mail out to get final estimation for Laser Pro C180-30 which was laser engraving machine.  I have been considering whether or not I should purchase it since I met with Sohara-san team in Japan last month. I didn’t have strong confidence and product idea I would be able to sell but I felt something interesting and potential for this product.

Finally I made decision to order this machine. I found that I won’t able to get any answer to this concern because the concept of product this machine produce is new completely.
So I will order it soon once I got price.
Have been waiting e-mail from manufacturer…Always slow but looking forward to seeing and discussing with friends on new product idea!

Tankless & 清武

Arroyo Trabuco Golf Courseでゴルフをしました。

家から車で１５分のところにあるきれいなゴルフコース。

お気に入りにコースです。 メンバーは次の通り。

左からNew York Insuranceの清武さんNortizAmericaの市川さん、AtHouseの高梨さんです。
市川さんと高梨さんは、アメリカにTankless Water Heater一緒に広めようとがんばっている仲間です。

清武さんは今回初めてお会いして、プレイ中もいろいろお話させていただきました。
非常に気さくな方で、アメリカ生活も１５年の大先輩です。これからもよろしくお願いします。

しかし、この方の苗字をサッカーファンの方ならみなさんご存知だと思います。
今、サッカー全日本代表の清武選手のおじさんなのです。

ただの遠いおじさんではなく、清武選手が小さいときからずっと近くで清武選手のサッカーをサポートし続けて、とても身近な方のようです。本当に自分の子供ようにかわいがり、応援されていることが、今日一日でよくわかりました。

小さなころのエピソードから、A代表で初めてフィールドにたったときは、一族全員で号泣したことまで、いろいろなお話を伺いました。

全日本のサッカーはよくわからなかったのですが、今日から清武選手を中心に全日本を、今まで以上に応援します。

清武選手はまだ２１歳。ぜひ数年後にバルセロナのユニフォームを着てもらいたいものです。
